Overview: Once a part of St. Louis’ bustling financial hub and formerly housing the prestigious Noonday Club, The Security Building had fallen victim to the passage of time. Owner-tenant Lawrence Group prepared a redevelopment plan that maintained the building’s historical significance, while bringing its amenities and mechanical systems into the modern age.
