Overview: One Foundry Way, the Phase Two of City Foundry STL will include a mixed-use development consisting of office, retail, residential and structured parking. The building adds the first residential units to the campus will serve as a gateway entry to the City Foundry campus. Ground level retail will anchor the base of the six-story parking structure. The residential high-rise features eight levels of luxury apartments anchored by two outdoor amenity decks. The amenity decks will feature a park like setting, pool, dog run, and multiple community spaces.

The 496,950-SF proposed development includes 90,000 SF of office; 282 residential units; 494 parking spaces and 8,710 SF of retail.
