Overview: SSM Health turned to New + Found for help in facilitating a new senior housing project adjacent to their St. Mary’s campus. The ground up 91,000-square-foot, four-story assisted living and memory care development marks Allegro’s first community in the St. Louis market.
Upscale services and amenities include outdoor balcony dining, stadium theater, fitness center, full-service salon and spa and therapy services. The design also provides high quality finishes and ample access to daylight.
Tight site constraints were navigated through extensive pre-construction planning and innovative design solutions with considerations taken for MSD stormwater detention and parking requirements.
